• The Center for Health & Rehabilitation is open on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.

• Adamsville Regional Health Center is open Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 9 a.m. – 7 p.m. by appointment only.
• Oak Hill Child, Adolescent & Family Center is open Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 9 a.m. – 7 p.m. by appointment only.
