Fulton County offers TWO home repair and rehabilitation opportunities for residents, the Department of Senior Services Minor Home Repair Program and the Community Development Minor Home Repair Program for low to very low income homeowners.
This program provides home repair services with the goal to keep seniors in their homes. There is a waiting list for this service. It may take up to 30-45 days before the contractor makes an appointment.
The repairs focus on health and safety. Repairs listed below are examples of work that may be approved:

To see if you qualify for the Senior Services program,
please call (404) 613-6000. To see if you qualify for the Community
Development Minor Home Repair program, please call 404-612-7193. Eligible
homeowners are added to the interest list on a first-come, first-served basis
and assisted based on funding availability.
