It's important in general for even high schoolers because I was doing internships in high school. We need that job experience. It kind of shows you what you're going to be going into corporate wise. It teaches you how to be professional especially in school because those are skills that we need going into the workforce. Colleges are looking for that, of course managers are looking for that. Employers are looking for you to be professional, understand how jobs work, understand how to interview, and how to answer these interview questions. It's just important.
