Most Fulton County services are continuing without interruption in the midst of the worldwide technology outage that has occurred today. All facilities are open and phone and email systems are working. Fulton County’s 911 system and other public safety systems have continued without interruption.
The services of the Fulton County Tax Commissioner’s office have been affected by the statewide outage of the Georgia Department of Revenue’s systems. Motor Vehicle Tag offices have been affected by the outage of the DRIVES system and we are unable to process motor vehicle tags at this time. Property tax payments and online property searches on the Tax Commissioner’s website are also affected by the outage.
Property searches and online assessment appeals are still available through the Fulton County Board of Assessors’ website https://fultonassessor.org/.
The Fulton County Board of Health, which is an agency of the Georgia Department of Public Health, has also reported service impacts, including an inability to process e-WIC related requests. WIC participants should check https://fultoncountyboh.com/ for updates or call (770) 515-9942 for updates.
The Fulton County Medical Examiner’s office is currently unable to certify death certificates due to intermittent outages of the statewide vital records system.
The Atlanta-Fulton County Emergency Management Agency continues to monitor impacts to the state systems alongside the Georgia Emergency Management Agency and Georgia Technology Authority, and Hartsfield Jackson Atlanta International Airport.
