The first Mental Health Awareness Month Whole Health and Wellness Fair was held. Hear more from Behavioral Health Services Director Frederica McClary-Myers. We're closing out the end of May as Mental Health Awareness Month. At this event we have some speakers speaking on different topics like substance use, narcan, and their personal recovery journeys. We're providing food and and lunch and also giveaways for our selfcare kits. It's about connection. We want to make sure that the community knows the importance of mental health awareness, that we're here to provide services, and just to make some things fun and inviting. We're just glad to be of service and hope to continue to do more.
