The focus of the Summit is to help seniors age with dignity and independence by providing information that promotes health & wellness, wellbeing, safety, social connections, and civic engagement.

This year’s Summit will feature Fulton District Attorney Fani Willis, Chief Probate Judge Kenya Johnson, and Clerk of Superior & Magistrate Courts, Che Alexander to provide solutions and answers to seniors’ questions and concerns. “The mission of Probate Court is to educate citizens about our services proactively,” said Chief Probate Judge Johnson. “Teaching seniors about estate planning and other end of life decisions empowers citizens and strengthens families. We also look forward to renewing marriage vows at the Senior Wedding Ceremony for couples married over 40 years. It is through our collaboration with the Mighty District 6 that we continue to help our Seniors thrive.”

“At the District Attorney’s Office, we strive to go just beyond prosecuting crimes,” said District Attorney Willis. “We aim to be a part of the community, working towards preventing crimes before they happen. Our seniors have worked hard their entire lives to raise their families and ensure their own safety and comfort. It is our duty to support them. By working with the Probate court, the Commissioners, the Clerk of Superior Court, and other county agencies and partners, we will equip them with the tools and skills to protect themselves from those who would endanger their wealth, health, and safety as well as have some fun.”

“The Fulton County Clerk of Courts Office deeply appreciates the invaluable contributions of our seniors to our community,” said Clerk of Superior & Magistrate Courts, Che Alexander. Our seniors are among our most treasured assets, which is why we are committed to providing offering services aimed at safeguarding them and their properties from fraud and theft.
