The Department of Purchasing and Contract Compliance on behalf of the Department of Community Development released the 2023 Youth Homelessness Program (YHP) Request for Proposals (RFP) on Friday, June 30, 2023. The RFP seeks proposals from qualifying non-profit 501(c)3 organizations providing services to homeless youth in Fulton County.

Organizations responding to the RFP are strongly encouraged to attend the upcoming virtual Pre-Proposal Conference and Technical Assistance Workshop to receive detailed information regarding the Youth Homelessness Program RFP and to address questions and concerns.  Representatives from the Fulton County Department of Community Development and the Department of Purchasing & Contract Compliance will be available to discuss the project and to answer any questions.
