During the summer months, Fulton County Probate Court and Judge Kenya M. Johnson will be open for business on select Saturdays. During select Saturdays, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., all Probate Court services will be available, including estate filings, weapons carry and marriage license applications, and petitions for adult and minor guardianship.
“Probate Court recognized that many customers work during regular business hours and could not take advantage of our life-improving services. By opening our doors for a few hours on Saturdays, customers can visit Probate Court on weekends with their families to handle important probate needs,” announced Judge Kenya Johnson. “Summer Saturdays’ in Probate Court is our effort to make probate services more convenient for Fulton County citizens and to be an accessible resource to those that need us most.”
Starting June 10, customers can visit the Fulton County Probate Court on select Saturdays. Visitors should use the entrance at 130 Peachtree Street in downtown Atlanta to reach the court. Street parking is an option, and a parking deck is connected to Underground Atlanta for citizens to use.
