In an effort to recognize the contributions and gifts of individuals with Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities (IDD), Fulton County’s Department of Behavioral Health & Developmental Disabilities (BHDD) in collaboration with the Alchemy Sky Foundation has created the Dream Out Loud music video. This video is intended to inspire hope and emphasize that making a difference comes in many shapes and forms. 

Through Dream Out Loud, adults with IDD communicate their aspirations in a way that enables them to enjoy a meaningful and fulfilling life, while also promoting positive self-esteem. Additionally, this innovative video is intended to reach individuals with disabilities and ensure they feel motivated, included, and respected.

Keeping this in mind, the Department of Behavioral Health & Developmental Disabilities is committed to identifying and establishing effective partnerships with local and national organizations to help Fulton County adults with IDD succeed.
