Junior District Attorney Program

The Office of the Fulton County District Attorney stands as the largest and busiest prosecutor’s office in Georgia, under the leadership of Fani T. Willis, the first woman District Attorney for Fulton County.

The Junior DA Program welcomes 6th, 7th, and 8th graders from Atlanta and Fulton County public schools. Participants engage in weekly sessions, gaining exposure to various components of the criminal justice system. Additionally, they have a unique opportunity to interact with government officials across Fulton County.

The primary goal is to furnish students with a fundamental understanding of the criminal justice system and acquaint them with its functioning.
