Mr. Goolsby, a favorite instructor among our young students and parents returns to the West End Performing Arts Center to share his reels, commercials and his experience as a COMMERCIAL Actor. Goolsby can be seen on TV in many commercials and will share with the steps you need to take to “Keep Booking”.

FEBRUARY 23, 2023 - URBAN ARTS BOUTIQUE WORKSHOP

West End Performing Arts Center

Creating Virtual Arts Galleries in the Metaverse 

NEW DATE: February 23, 2023, from 6:30 p.m. 8:30 p.m.

Participants will learn how to use Spatial, an app that allows you to create a digital gallery. We will view the digital galleries from a few local artists, then participants will create their own gallery and upload photos of their work. Once completed and customized, they can view their gallery using the VR headsets and share the gallery with others. Participants need to bring a phone or laptop as well as some images of their work. Free. Instructed by Bethany Harris, Public Art Education Coordinator.

Fulton County Department of Arts and Culture Emma Darnell Aviation Museum and Conference Center, in partnership with NobelSol Art Group, unveils the “Atlanta Fine Arts Exhibition” Exhibit, a group exhibition featuring 44 fine artists from Atlanta and abroad and over one hundred pieces of artwork.

The Art of Brain Games is a one-hour session of fun creative games to strengthen the brain muscle. This 5-week class provides an opportunity for Seniors to get out and socialize with their peers, learn new games and rekindle old ones and help ward off decreases in memory. Instructed by Mona L.
