Who can get the COVID-19 vaccine at this time?

Everyone age 12 and over is eligible to receive the vaccine. Youth age 12 – 17 do not have to have a parent present but must have a consent form signed by a parent. Appointments are now required for all residents at the North Point Parkway, Pryor Street, and Stonewall Tell vaccination sites.

Where can I get a vaccine besides the Fulton County Board of Health?

In addition to Fulton County, private pharmacies and health providers also offer the COVID-19 vaccine. Go to https://www.vaccines.gov/ for a list of vaccine providers.

Can I get a COVID-19 Vaccine from the Fulton County Board of Health without an appointment?

Appointments are not required for Fulton County vaccination locations.

Walk-ups and appointments are accepted at mobile locations, however, vaccines will be available daily on a first-come, first-served basis. 

Where is the Vaccine offered? Can I choose where I get the vaccine?

Fulton County offers the vaccine at many fixed and mobile locations.

What do I Need to Know Before getting the vaccine?

You can get the first or second dose of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine at any Fulton County site without an appointment. For your second appointment, make sure enough time has passed since your first dose and bring your vaccination card. The locations at 5710 Stonewall Tell Rd College Park, GA  30349 and 4700 North Point Parkway also offer the Johnson & Johnson vaccine for residents who prefer that option. All others will receive the Pfizer vaccine.

Is there a charge to receive the COVID-19 vaccine from Fulton County?

No. The vaccine is offered at no charge at this time.

The Fulton County Board of Health COVID-19 hotline is 404-613-8150.  Hours are 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. weekdays.  

The Georgia Department of Public Health COVID-19 Vaccine Hotline is (888) 357-0169.
 

How can I volunteer to assist with the COVID-19 vaccine program?

Licensed medical volunteers including doctors, nurses, pharmacists and advanced EMS personnel (EMT Intermediate and above) may be used to administer vaccination. Nonmedical volunteers may be used in administrative roles such as registering individuals for vaccination, data input, language interpretation, other administrative areas as needed, and providing guidance and assistance at vaccination administration sites.
